Hotel Festival Mahipalpur At Delhi Airport

The receptionist was very helpful and responsive, with smooth communication via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay shortly after arrival. As a woman, I did not feel safe in the area—the alleys were very narrow and poorly lit at night, and despite being close to the airport, the surroundings felt uncomfortable. The room did not match the photos, cleanliness was lacking, and the bathroom was not in good condition. Overall, nothing felt right. I was surprised to see guests from different countries staying there, as there are much better options available at similar rates.

Ok to spend one night close to the airport

Staff don’t timely and clearly respond WhatsApp about airport pickup. So they lost my business for that. I don’t appreciate that upon checkout they take my phone and force to submit Booking.com review

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Festival The property is conveniently located near to airport , making it easy to access. The rooms were super clean, and the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. The front desk staff was exceptional—very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist. overall great experience. I would definitely visit again!

Very good hotel in a good location close to the airport, friendly staff that will help you with what you need, the room was clean and neat. Hot shower all the time and fast wifi. Amazing service. Will definitely come back fully recommended...

The hotel is close to the Airport but you will need a cab to reach. Great to have a taxi pick up from the airport. Good welcome - although we did have to pay when checking in. Lovely room.Lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was decent and staffs were polite. Overall, a good hotel. I will come back again.

The staff was friendly and very responsive. Also, the room was decently comfortable as well. AC worked fine. It was not very are from the main road. Location is near to the airport

The food ordered from their kitchen was okayish considering the price point. Their was occasionally some drilling noise and outside noise heard in t the e room Although not important, but the TV had barely few channels working

I paid 5000 r. That was a price on booking for that day. Next day price 1900 though. And this second price is much more relevant to this property. I think this pricing methodology is a form of a fraud. So please know - normal price here ~2000 and it doesn't cost more. Second thing - outside our rooms window some powerful ventilation equipped was working the whole night, so it was not comfortable to sleep. 3. They tried to charge some extra gst or something above booking price. Overall - not satisfactory.

Close to airport, sketchy area

We got in late at night, security guard helped us take out bags in etc… the taxi service from the airport we had to pay extra for parking charges, was not told until we got there, we got into our room, the AC hadn’t been on all day so it was 90 degrees in the room, we had the AC turned on and it didn’t work so we had to sleep in the heat all night long it was super uncomfortable. The towels were dirty, the floors were dirty.

An excellent and economical overnight stay near the airport that, unlike many of the airport hotels, is genuine and is where it says it is. The rooms are clean, comfortable with everything working. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The airport transfer worked well so we were rested, relaxed and ready for our flight home the following morning.

This wasn't really a problem but finding it wasn't straightforward, here's the details. It's on the road as shown on Google maps but 20m down a side street that runs beside the Festival Pearl Hotel. Finding the Pearl is easy then look for the side street. It would be good if there were tea and coffee making facilities in room especially as it's customers will be arriving and leaving at all hours.

Clean, nice staff, they agreed to keep our luggages for a complete day after checkout because our flight was late at night

The bathroom was small and the water of the shower would wet the toilet.

Ideal location near airport T3 to get some rest before a long flight. Room was huge and bed was confortable.

It is very close to the airport and 15 mins walking to "Aerocity" metro station. Just 3 minutes walking from the main highway. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Staff is very kind, respectful and helpful. Breakfast is mainly Indian dishes and food. But they have omletes and eggs.

There were some hairs in the bathroom and dust was not cleaned very well on the window. But it did not affected my experience that much. Because if I was paying $50-60 per night, I would expect a super clean room. It definitely worth for the amunt of money you are paying (I paid around $30-32 ish per night). Good hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant is good, room was spacious and comfortable enough. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in Delhi and unlike others it does actually look like the pictures, genuinely a surprise in this city (and on this app)

I prefer to use stairs rather than a lift/elevator but there was always piles of cleaning stuff and bed sheets etc on them, it gave the hotel an untidy and half finished feel. The location is close to the airport though a little seedy, and finding the hotel requires an adventure down back alleys.

Clean room- good bed, great staff and close to the airport.

I couldn’t seem to get hot water from my shower

The rooms are a good size with a comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was tasty. Also, the staff were very helpful, they kindly looked after our bags whilst we left Delhi. Will definitely stay here again.

Location is good near to metro station "Delhi Aerocity" (arround 10 minutes walk).

Breakfast available but must be taken at another next hotel and heating equipment was not working.
